Net profit of Oswal Pumps rose 44.80% to Rs 92.53 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 63.90 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Oswal Pumps will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 16 May 2026.

Oswal Pumps has received Letter of Empanelment from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company for 6,896 Off-Grid DC Solar Photovoltaic Water Pumping Systems (`SPWPS`) which is to be executed within 1 (One) year under the PM Kusum B Scheme �Magel Tyala Saur Krishi Pump� Yojna. The total value of 6,896 SPWPS is Rs. 162.06 crore approx. (including GST).

Oswal Pumps has allotted 27,483 equity shares under ESOP on 24 April 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs.11,40,04,897/- comprising of 11,40,04,897 equity shares of Re. 1/- each.
