JSW Cement Limited will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. Trading in the company`s securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, to October 29, 2026.

JSW Cement Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

JSW Cement Limited announced that its board approved a scheme of arrangement with Shiva Cement Limited, involving the amalgamation of Shiva Cement into JSW Cement and a reorganization of reserves. Shiva Cement, in which JSW Cement holds a 66.23% stake, will be merged into JSW Cement, with shareholders of Shiva Cement receiving 5 equity shares in JSW Cement for every 41 shares held in Shiva Cement. The amalgamation is expected to create synergies, optimize raw material procurement, and enhance shareholder value, and is subject to regulatory approvals including the National Company Law Tribunal.

JSW Cement will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 August 2026.

JSW Cement announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 31 July 2026.
