Choksi Laboratories Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on September 19, 2026, to consider and approve a proposal for raising funds through the issue of equity shares and/or other equity-linked or convertible securities, including warrants, via a preferential issue or other permissible modes, subject to member and regulatory approvals.

Choksi Laboratories Limited announced that its board of directors re-appointed Ms. Himika Choksi as a Whole Time Director for a further period of five years, effective April 1, 2027, subject to shareholder approval at the company`s upcoming Annual General Meeting. Ms. Choksi, who is a Promoter member of the company, is the daughter of Managing Director Sunil Choksi and Whole Time Director Stela Choksi, and the sister of Whole Time Director Vyangesh Choksi.

Choksi Laboratories Limited announced the reappointment of M/s Tanmay V. Rajurkar & Co. as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, effective August 13, 2026, to comply with the Companies Act, 2013 and the requirements under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
