Halder Venture Limited, in a notice dated May 29, 2026, announced its upcoming Annual General Meeting to be held in Kolkata sometime in 2026. Shareholders will vote on several key resolutions, including the re-appointment of Non-Executive Non-Independent Director Poulomi Halder, whose shareholding totals 1,286,568 shares and who is the spouse of Managing Director Keshab Kumar Halder. The company is also proposing to appoint M/s P. Somani & Co., Chartered Accountants as the new statutory auditor, replacing M/s Sen & Ray, and seeks shareholder approval for an enhancement of borrowing powers up to Rs. 1,000 Crores. Additionally, shareholders will ratify the cost auditor’s remuneration of Rs. 1,00,000 plus expenses and GST, and approve Director’s commission up to 1% of net profits. Relevant documents are available for inspection at the company’s registered office.

Halder Venture Limited will close its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books from September 01, 2026, to September 07, 2026, for its 44th Annual General Meeting, as announced to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
