Shalby Medtech Limited announced that Deepak Anand has resigned as Chief Executive Officer, effective close of business hours on September 4, 2026, to move abroad for personal reasons, according to a regulatory filing by Shalby Limited on August 18, 2026.

Shalby has revised the meeting of the Board of Directors which was scheduled to be held on 5 August 2026. The meeting will now be held on 12 August 2026.

Shalby will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 5 August 2026.

Shalby announced that the 22th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 10 September 2026.

Net profit of Shalby reported to Rs 18.32 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 11.02 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 8.52% to Rs 287.45 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 264.89 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 501.13% to Rs 37.39 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 6.22 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
