Shalby Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and BSE Limited that an ordinary resolution to appoint Mr. Shanay Vikram Shah (DIN:02726541) as Director and Whole Time Director was not approved by shareholders at the company’s 22nd Annual General Meeting on September 11, 2026, resulting in his automatic cessation from the position effective September 10, 2026; he will continue to serve as President of Shalby Limited.

Shalby Medtech Limited announced that Deepak Anand has resigned as Chief Executive Officer, effective close of business hours on September 4, 2026, to move abroad for personal reasons, according to a regulatory filing by Shalby Limited on August 18, 2026.

Shalby has revised the meeting of the Board of Directors which was scheduled to be held on 5 August 2026. The meeting will now be held on 12 August 2026.
