Indus Towers Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that Kfin Technologies Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, has issued a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming compliance with dematerialization requests and other related actions.
