Max Heights Infrastucture Limited will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. at its registered office in Delhi to consider, approve, and take note of items including the Management Discussion and Analysis Report, Corporate Governance Report, Secretarial Audit Report, and Board’s Report for the financial year 2025-26, as well as to fix the date and notice of the company’s 45th Annual General Meeting.
