VMS Industries Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, and to take on record related party transactions for the same period, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited. The trading window for the company`s securities will remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.

VMS Industries Limited held its 34th Annual General Meeting on Monday, September 28, 2026, through video conferencing, with Managing Director Manojkumar Jain chairing the meeting and a quorum of 44 members present. The company, which used Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) for the meeting, informed members that the Board did not recommend a dividend for the year to conserve resources, and the consolidated voting results, along with the Scrutinizer’s Report, will be submitted separately, with a declaration expected within 48 hours of the meeting`s conclusion.
