Sterling Greenwoods Limited has set Wednesday, September 23, 2026, as the record date for the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of its members, to be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. at the Hotel Madhuli in Ahmedabad.

Sterling Greenwoods Limited announced the re-appointment of Mr. Kinjal Shah, Practicing Company Secretary, as Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, and M/S. M.P. Sutaria & Co. as Internal Auditor, also for the financial year 2026-27, following a board meeting held on August 29, 2026. The company also appointed CS Kinjal Shah as Scrutinizer for conducting the process of remote E-voting for the upcoming AGM.
