Vardhman Special Steels will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 22 July 2026.

Vardhman Special Steels has allotted 15,500 equity shares under ESOP (including 7,750 bonus shares on the ESOP shares in the ratio of 1:1) to the eligible employees of the company who have exercised their stock options under ESOP.

Vardhman Special Steels announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 April 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 3.5 per equity Share (i.e. 35%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Vardhman Special Steels rose 72.23% to Rs 33.98 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 19.73 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
