Infronics Systems Limited informed the BSE Limited that its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 24, 2026, to September 30, 2026, for the purpose of the company’s 26th Annual General Meeting, scheduled to be held on September 30, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio -Visual Means (OAVM), with a record date (cut-off date) of September 23, 2026.
