Vaswani Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that its Board of Directors approved holding the 23rd Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, through Video Conferencing or Other Audio-Visual Means, in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
