Thomas Scott (India) Limited announced that its Securities Allotment Committee has allotted 91,575 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 320 per share to Mr. Viren Raichand Shah, a non-promoter, pursuant to the conversion of an equal number of convertible warrants on a preferential basis, following a special resolution passed by the company`s members on January 16, 2025.
