Marsons Ltd share price ticked higher by 1.08% to Rs 103.15. The Company`s net profit tumbled by 73.78% to Rs 5.93 crore, while revenue from operations dropped sharply 46.83% to Rs 49.26 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Heavy Electrical Equipment industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 12.24 lakh crore, crashing by 18.34%. It has inched up 2.69% over last one week and crept higher by 6.54% in last one month while the market capitalization of Marsons Ltd has softened by 4.09% and 28.02% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Marsons Ltd stood at Rs 7.39 crore in Q2 FY26, declining 7.97% year-on-year, and nosediving by 60.14% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 6 crore, rising 2.69% YoY and plunging by 65.97% sequentially. Total expenses plunged by 42.68% to Rs 42.26 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 46.71 crore, registering a fall of 33.41% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 0.8 crore, tanking by 15.79% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations surged 2506.19% to Rs 168.36 crore, while net profit jumped 4347.62% to Rs 28.02 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA saw a sharp decline of 32% to Rs 21.77 crore, and PBT witnessed a strong rise of 4347.62% to Rs 28.02 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 36.81 crore in FY26, as against Rs 4.19 crore in FY25. Marsons Ltd nosedived by 46.73% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 2.83% during the same period.

Marsons will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 August 2026.

Marsons has received a purchase order worth Rs 17.93 crore from S.T. Electricals for supply of 10 MVA power transformers.

Marsons has received an order for supply of various quantities of 17.6 MVA, 8.8 MVA and 4.4 MVA Oil Cooled (ONAN), OCTC, Outdoor Type, Aluminium wound, Inverter Duty Transformers worth Rs 33.18 crore 85,730.00 (incl. GST) from Vikran Engineering for NTPC Renewable Energy Project.

Marsons has received an order for �Repairing, Inspection and Testing of 50MVA, 132/33 KV Power Transformers including to & fro Transportation� worth Rs 9.48 crore from West Bengal State Electricity Transmission Company.
