Jana Small Finance Bank Limited allotted 38,057 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each on August 13, 2026, under its RSU 2018, ESOP 2017, and ESOP 2018 schemes, increasing the bank`s total paid-up equity shares from 10,57,14,482 to 10,57,52,539 shares. The company will seek listing and trading approval from the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange Limited, and the allotted shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares.
