Arvind SmartSpaces announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 2.25 per equity Share (i.e. 22.5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Arvind SmartSpaces rose 120.99% to Rs 42.32 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 19.15 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 4.72% to Rs 155.39 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 163.09 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 12.72% to Rs 96.44 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 110.49 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Arvind SmartSpaces will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 20 May 2026.

Arvind SmartSpaces announced the signing of a residential high-rise project in Goregaon (West), Mumbai. The project has a top-line potential of ~Rs. 2,400 crore , with a total saleable carpet area of ~0.67 million sq. ft. The project is being done in partnership with Sigma Oxford Realtors. The Company will jointly do a redevelopment in Siddharth Nagar, Goregaon West, one of the most sought-after micro markets in Mumbai`s Western suburbs. This project marks the Company`s third housing project in MMR and its second high-rise project in the city, further strengthening its presence in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).

Net profit of Arvind SmartSpaces declined 39.76% to Rs 28.76 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against Rs 47.74 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024.
