NDA Securities Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Gaurav Jindal as Head of Business Development, effective September 30, 2026, designating him as Senior Management Personnel. The appointment was approved by the company`s Board of Directors following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Mr. Jindal, a qualified Chartered Accountant, is the son of Director Mr. Ram Gopal Jindal and the spouse of Managing Director Ms. Kajal Goel.

Profit before tax (PBT) of NDA Securities Ltd stood at Rs 0.38 crore in Q2 FY26, tanking 371.43% year-on-year, and tumbling by 182.61% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 1 crore, jumping 258.82% YoY and plunging by 390.48% sequentially. Total expenses plunged by 66.80% to Rs 1.64 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 0.0 crore, slumping by 100% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 0.56 crore, registering a marginal contraction of 5.08% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations soared by 35.68% to Rs 8.48 crore, while net profit tanked by 118.06% to Rs 0.28 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA saw a sharp decline of 195% to Rs 1.78 crore, and PBT collapsed by 115.06% to Rs 0.25 crore compared to previous TTM. NDA Securities Ltd nosedived by 34.78% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 2.83% during the same period.
