Naperol Investments announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 April 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 16.48 per equity Share (i.e. 164.8%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Naperol Investments rose 14.37% to Rs 11.22 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 9.81 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 20.78% to Rs 19.53 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 16.17 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 1.33% to Rs 10.69 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 10.55 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
