Avenue Supermarts will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 11 July 2026.

Avenue Supermarts has allotted 66,365 equity shares under ESOS on 04 June 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 6,522,301,570/- divided into 652,230,157 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each upon allotment.

Net profit of Avenue Supermarts rose 19.18% to Rs 656.59 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 550.90 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
