Tube Investments of India has appointed S Venkataraman as Chief People Officer and as a Senior Management Personnel of the Company, with immediate effect.R B Selvakumar, EVP & Head HR, ceases to be a Senior Management Personnel of the Company, with immediate effect, due to his transition to a business role.

Tube Investments of India has allotted 6,030 equity shares under ESOP on 22 June 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs.19,35,68,319/-.

The board of Tube Investments of India at its meeting held on 13 May 2026 has approved long term borrowing up to Rs 350 crore by way of issue of privately placed secured non-convertible debentures in one or more tranches, if required, to meet the company`s fund requirements for FY 2026-27.

Net profit of Tube Investments of India rose 83.64% to Rs 85.45 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 46.53 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 19.96% to Rs 6018.82 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 5017.29 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 5.47% to Rs 636.84 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 673.71 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
