NELCO will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 16 July 2026.

NELCO announced that the 83rd Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 24 June 2026.

NELCO will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 1 May 2026.

The board of NELCO will meet on 01 May 2026 to consider proposal to raise funds by way of loans and/or issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures on a private placement basis or through any other permissible mode, for the purpose of making investments in emerging satellite communication businesses/technologies.

NELCO announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 April 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 10%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
