Natural Capsules Limited has informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that September 2nd, 2026, has been set as the record date for an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for September 9th, 2026.

Shareholders of an unnamed company are being asked to approve a preferential allotment of equity shares and warrants to Mr. Sunil Laxminarayan Mundra, a promoter, and potentially others, to raise capital.
