Caspian Corporate Services Limited will hold a board meeting on September 4, 2026, to consider approving the Director’s Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, re-appointing Mr. Sukumar Reddy Garlapati as Managing Director for a period of 5 years, and to consider waiving the recovery of excess remuneration paid to Director Mr. Sampath Rao Nemmani for the financial year 2025-26.
