PB Fintech announced that Kaushik Dutta (DIN: 03328890) and Lilian Jessie Paul (DIN: 02864506) upon completion of their first term, have ceased to be Independent Directors of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on 18 June 2026.

PB Fintech has allotted 1800 equity shares under PB Fintech Employees Stock Option Plan 2021. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 92,53,89,740/- consisting of 46,26,94,870 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 2/- each.
