Keynote Financial Services Ltd share price ticked higher by 1.99% to Rs 256.4 after the company`s net profit plunged by 333% to Rs 11.58 crore, while revenue from operations gained significantly 38660% to Rs 19.38 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. Profit before tax (PBT) of Keynote Financial Services Ltd stood at Rs 15.67 crore in Q2 FY26, surging by 25.56% year-on-year, and tanking 354.38% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 15 crore, rallying 36.12% YoY and nosediving by 335.08% sequentially. Total expenses saw a steep drop of 35.79% to Rs 4.27 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 2.34 crore, plunging by 43.48% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations tumbled 40.18% to Rs 28.3 crore, while net profit tanked by 61.33% to Rs 10.75 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA soared by 3081% to Rs 7.61 crore, and PBT collapsed by 67.46% to Rs 11.55 crore compared to previous TTM. Keynote Financial Services Ltd inched up 2.62% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 2.83% during the same period.
