Nirlon announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 15 per equity Share (i.e. 150%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Nirlon rose 31.85% to Rs 70.59 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 53.54 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 8.18% to Rs 170.94 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 158.02 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 58.57% to Rs 345.98 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 218.19 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
