CDG Petchem Ltd share price ticked higher by 2.63% to Rs 314.15. The Company`s net profit eased 1.32% to Rs 5.24 crore, while revenue from operations reduced 12.89% to Rs 45.49 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. Profit before tax (PBT) of CDG Petchem Ltd stood at Rs 5.8 crore in Q2 FY26, plunging by 1215.38% year-on-year, and crashing by 49.52% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 6 crore, tumbling by 1305.77% YoY and tanking 48.69% sequentially. Total expenses grew marginally by 1.06% to Rs 40.07 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 0.94 crore, declining 10.48% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations slumped by 43.01% to Rs 23.1 crore, while net profit saw a strong growth of 109.09% to Rs 1.15 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA plunged by 162% to Rs 0.61 crore, and PBT surged 79.66% to Rs 1.06 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 7.22 crore in FY26, as against Rs 1.14 crore in FY25. CDG Petchem Ltd rallied 468.80% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 2.83% during the same period.
