NOCIL Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, 29th October, 2026, at Mafatlal House in Mumbai to consider and approve the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026, along with a limited review report.

NOCIL Limited will close its trading window for designated and connected persons from Wednesday, September 30, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, as approved by the Board of Directors, according to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India.

NOCIL Limited announced the appointment of Deloitte Haskins & Sells Chartered Accountants LLP as its statutory auditors for a five-year term, commencing from the conclusion of the company’s 65th Annual General Meeting in July-August 2027 and concluding at the 70th Annual General Meeting in fiscal year 2031-32, subject to member approval. The appointment follows a recommendation from the company’s Audit Committee, and Kalyaniwalla & Mistry LLP will continue as statutory auditors until the conclusion of the 65th AGM.
