Uday Jewellery Industries Limited announced that its board approved the appointment of M/s. Venugopal & Chenoy, Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad, as the company’s Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, starting at the conclusion of the 27th Annual General Meeting and ending at the conclusion of the 32nd AGM in 2031, replacing M/s. Anant Rao & Malik, Chartered Accountants, whose term expires at the 27th AGM, subject to shareholder approval.

Uday Jewellery Industries Limited informed the BSE that its board of directors has fixed September 21, 2026, as the record date for determining the eligibility of members to receive a dividend of Rs 0.50 per equity share of face value Rs 10 each, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to approval at the company`s annual general meeting.

Uday Jewellery Industries will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 August 2026.

Uday Jewellery Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.5 per equity Share (i.e. 5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
