Rajoo Engineers Limited has fixed September 22, 2026, as the record date for determining entitlement to a final dividend of 15%, or Rs 0.15 per equity share of Re. 1 each, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, following a recommendation by the board of directors on April 28, 2026, pending shareholder approval at the company’s 39th Annual General Meeting.
