NRB Industrial Bearings Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the company’s code of conduct and SEBI regulations.
