Pyxis Finvest Limited will hold a board meeting on November 5, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results together with the Limited Review Report for the half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited. The company has also declared a closed trading window for its designated persons and their immediate relatives until 48 hours after the financial results become generally available.

Pyxis Finvest Limited confirmed receipt of a certificate dated October 1, 2026, from Purva Sharegistry (I) Private Limited, pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, relating to securities dematerialized from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026.

Pyxis Finvest Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company`s securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, for designated persons and their immediate relatives, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026.

Pyxis Finvest Limited has set the cut-off date for its 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Friday, September 25, 2026, as informed to the BSE Limited. The company noted that its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain open as it will not be considering declaration of dividend, issue of right or bonus shares, issue of shares for conversion of debentures, shares arising out of rights attached to debentures, or corporate actions like mergers, de-mergers, splits, etc.
