Fresita Proteins Ltd, formerly known as Sarda Proteins Limited, will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

Sarda Proteins Limited has officially changed its name to FRESITA PROTEINS LIMITED, effective August 21, 2026, following final approvals from the BSE Limited and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). The company is in the process of updating its name with depositories NSDL and CDSL, and the scrip ID for the BOLT Plus system will be updated to “FRESITA” w.e.f September 21, 2026.

Sarda Proteins Limited announced that its board approved the convening of the 35th Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. (IST) via video conferencing or other audio-visual means, with a book closure from Thursday, September 24, 2026, to Wednesday, September 30, 2026, and a cut-off date of Wednesday, September 23, 2026, for determining voting eligibility.
