Oriental Hotels Limited (OHL) has approved a scheme of arrangement with The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) for the amalgamation of OHL into IHCL, according to a regulatory filing. As on March 31, 2026, OHL reported revenue of Rs 500.7 crore and net worth of Rs 480.5 crore, while IHCL reported revenue of Rs 5640.16 crore and net worth of Rs 12766.95 crore. Under the proposed arrangement, IHCL will allot 25 equity shares for every 117 shares held in OHL, with the transaction subject to approvals from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), shareholders, and other regulatory bodies.

Net profit of Oriental Hotels declined 20.06% to Rs 5.30 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 6.63 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025.
