IndoStar Capital Finance will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 29 July 2026.

IndoStar Capital Finance has allotted 7,352 equity shares under ESOP on 13 July 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 1,61,59,23,590/- consisting of 16,15,92,359 equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each.

Indostar Capital Finance has allotted 2,900 equity shares under ESOP on 12 June 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 1,61,58,50,070/- consisting of 16,15,85,007 equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each.

Net loss of Indostar Capital Finance reported to Rs 423.93 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net profit of Rs 36.19 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 6.95% to Rs 346.67 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 372.56 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 16.54% to Rs 140.45 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 120.52 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
