Arix Energix Limited, formerly known as Jupiter Infomedia Limited, has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, Arix Metals Trading FZCO, in the United Arab Emirates, effective September 15, 2026, with a paid-up capital of AED 100,000. The incorporation, which involved a cash consideration of AED 100,000, will result in geographic market expansion for Arix Energix and is considered a related-party transaction.

Jupiter Infomedia Limited, now known as Arix Energix Limited following a name change effective July 17, 2026, will hold a board meeting on August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited limited reviewed financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, for both standalone and consolidated entities, and the trading window for the company`s securities is closed from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the board meeting’s outcome.
