Adani Enterprises Limited announced that its joint venture, AdaniConneX Private Limited, has acquired a 100% equity stake of Chandenvalle Infra Park Limited from Adani Power Limited for a purchase consideration of Rs 535.69 crores. The acquisition, which was completed on August 27, 2026, is intended to facilitate the establishment of data center infrastructure facilities by AdaniConneX Private Limited and is not considered a related party transaction, although Chandenvalle Infra Park Limited is controlled by the Adani promoter group.

Adani Enterprises Limited announced that V. Subramanian will cease to be an Independent Director with effect from the close of business hours on August 21, 2026, following the completion of his second term.

Adani Enterprises Limited said its wholly owned subsidiary, Adani Road Transport Limited (“ARTL”), and its subsidiary Adani Road GRICL Limited (“GRICL”), have acquired 99.99% and 0.01% stake respectively, in Path Highway LLP (“PATH”) from Prakash Asphalting and Tolls Highway (India) Limited (“Seller 1”) and Mrs. Neeti Agarwal (“Seller 2”) for Rs 91.34 crore. The acquisition, which was completed on August 13, 2026, will result in ARTL holding 99.99% shareholding in Mancherial Repallewada Road Limited (“MRRL”), Suryapet Khammam Road Limited (“SKRL”) and Bilaspur Pathrapali Road Limited (“BPRL”), and is in line with the company’s strategy to expand its presence in the road infrastructure development industry.
