Adani Enterprises Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company`s securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.

Adani Enterprises Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Adani Global Limited, has acquired a 50% equity stake of Monvarex Aluminium Holding RSC Ltd. for a purchase consideration of USD 25,000. The acquisition, which was completed on September 26, 2026, is intended to facilitate the manufacturing/extraction of alumina/aluminium smelter and Coal-to-Gas business in India, and Monvarex Aluminium Holding RSC Ltd. was incorporated in Abu Dhabi on May 15, 2025.

Adani Enterprises Limited announced that it, along with Adani Airport Holdings Limited (“AAHL”), has entered into a shareholders’ agreement with Alpha Wave III, LP, PI Opportunities Fund -I Scheme - II (Premji Invest), Jongsong Investments Pte. Ltd. (“Temasek”), and several BlackRock entities, for raising funds by way of issuance of equity shares by AAHL to the identified investors for a stake of up to 5.54% in AAHL; AAHL is presently a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Limited, which currently holds 100% of AAHL`s equity share capital.

Adani Enterprises Limited announced that its joint venture, AdaniConneX Private Limited, has acquired a 100% equity stake of Chandenvalle Infra Park Limited from Adani Power Limited for a purchase consideration of Rs 535.69 crores. The acquisition, which was completed on August 27, 2026, is intended to facilitate the establishment of data center infrastructure facilities by AdaniConneX Private Limited and is not considered a related party transaction, although Chandenvalle Infra Park Limited is controlled by the Adani promoter group.

Adani Enterprises Limited announced that V. Subramanian will cease to be an Independent Director with effect from the close of business hours on August 21, 2026, following the completion of his second term.
