Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited, a subsidiary of Waaree Energies Limited, announced that its board approved the transfer of its entire shareholding in Waaree Green Data Centers Private Limited, formerly known as Sunsantional Energy Private Limited, to its holding company, Waaree Energies Limited, for Rs 100,000, representing the face value of the shares. The transaction, which falls under related party transactions and is being conducted at arm’s length, is expected to be completed by October 31, 2026, and is in compliance with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026.

Waaree Renewable Technologies has received Letter of Award (LOA for execution of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) works for ground mounted Solar PV project of 124 MWp (88MWac) from an Indian renewable energy solution company.
