SRG Housing Finance Limited informed the BSE that it made interest and partial redemption payments on its outstanding secured redeemable non-convertible debentures with ISIN INE559N07058. The company paid Rs 40,19,311.32 in interest on August 27, 2026, two days prior to the scheduled due date of August 29, 2026, and redeemed Rs 75,75,757.57, leaving an outstanding amount of Rs 409,090,909.09.

SRG Housing Finance Limited informed the BSE Limited that it has made an interest payment of Rs 1989606.38 and a partial redemption payment of Rs 3939393.97 on its outstanding secured redeemable non-convertible debentures with ISIN INE559N07066, aggregating to Rs 26 crore including a green shoe option of Rs 1 crore, on August 24, 2026, as per SEBI regulations.

SRG Housing Finance will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 5 August 2026.

SRG Housing Finance has allotted 1350 equity shares under ESOS on 01 July 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 15,70,75,880 (consisting of 1,57,07,588 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each).

Net profit of SRG Housing Finance rose 49.43% to Rs 9.25 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 6.19 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 37.83% to Rs 55.20 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 40.05 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 33.16% to Rs 32.49 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 24.40 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
