The company confirmed that NHB is currently conducting a routine inspection, which is a standard regulatory exercise for housing finance companies, and that no fictitious accounts were created or maintained, nor has any amount been diverted.

SRG Housing Finance Limited informed the BSE that it made interest and partial redemption payments on its outstanding secured redeemable non-convertible debentures with ISIN INE559N07058. The company paid Rs 40,19,311.32 in interest on August 27, 2026, two days prior to the scheduled due date of August 29, 2026, and redeemed Rs 75,75,757.57, leaving an outstanding amount of Rs 409,090,909.09.

SRG Housing Finance Limited informed the BSE Limited that it has made an interest payment of Rs 1989606.38 and a partial redemption payment of Rs 3939393.97 on its outstanding secured redeemable non-convertible debentures with ISIN INE559N07066, aggregating to Rs 26 crore including a green shoe option of Rs 1 crore, on August 24, 2026, as per SEBI regulations.
