Asian Tea & Exports Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and Calcutta Stock Exchange that its register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 22, 2026, to September 28, 2026, for the company`s 40th Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on September 28, 2026.

Asian Tea & Exports Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the convening of the company’s 40th Annual General Meeting to be held on September 28, 2026, via video conferencing and other audio visual means, and the closure of the register of members and share transfer books from September 22, 2026, to September 28, 2026. The company also appointed Ms. Puja Pujari of M/S Puja Pujari & Associates as the scrutinizer for the 40th AGM, and disclosed the Notice of 40th Annual General Meeting, Directors Report, Management Discussion & Analysis Report and Corporate Governance Report for the financial year 2025-2026.

Asian Tea & Exports Ltd share price fell 7.34% to Rs 9.21 after the company`s net profit tumbled by 111.11% to Rs 0.04 crore, while revenue from operations dropped sharply 57.27% to Rs 10.7 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. Profit before tax (PBT) of Asian Tea & Exports Ltd stood at Rs 0.09 crore in Q2 FY26, tanking 68.97% year-on-year, and crashing by 129.03% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 0 crore, nosediving by 45.83% YoY and plunging by 230.00% sequentially. Total expenses slumped by 57.39% to Rs 10.67 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 0.08 crore, tanking by 76.47% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations soared by 27.87% to Rs 53.55 crore, while net profit surged by 400% to Rs 0.5 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA tanked by 359% to Rs 1.11 crore, and PBT witnessed a strong rise of 400% to Rs 0.65 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 3.73 crore in FY26, as against Rs 5.28 crore in FY25. Asian Tea & Exports Ltd crashed 22.34% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 2.83% during the same period.

Asian Tea & Exports will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 August 2026.

Net Loss of Asian Tea & Exports reported to Rs 0.36 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 1.15 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
