Indigo Paints announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 5 per equity Share (i.e. 50%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Indigo Paints rose 1.35% to Rs 57.67 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 56.90 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 9.74% to Rs 425.32 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 387.56 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 2.34% to Rs 145.08 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 141.76 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
