Accel Limited has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the company`s register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 22, 2026, to September 29, 2026, for the purpose of the 40th Annual General Meeting, with September 22, 2026, set as the record date.

Accel will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 11 August 2026.

Net profit of Accel reported to Rs 3.42 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 0.03 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 10.36% to Rs 41.34 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 46.12 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 161.76% to Rs 5.34 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 2.04 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
