Accel Limited, in a filing to the BSE Limited on October 5, 2026, certified that securities received for dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification, and the name of the depository has been substituted in its records, referencing a certificate from Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited confirmed to Accel Limited that securities received from depository participants for dematerialization during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, were confirmed and that the certificates have been mutilated and cancelled.

Accel Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company`s securities will be closed from September 24, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
