Eureka Forbes Ltd share price ticked higher by 0.70% to Rs 450.2 after the company`s net profit rose by 11.68% to Rs 56.99 crore, while revenue from operations slightly gained 2.44% to Rs 700.4 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Household Appliances industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 3.06 lakh crore, rising by 14.12%. It has softened by 2.15% over last one week and dipped slightly by 2.86% in last one month while the market capitalization of Eureka Forbes Ltd has eased by 4.74% and 13.22% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Eureka Forbes Ltd stood at Rs 76.62 crore in Q2 FY26, jumping 47.15% year-on-year, and climbing 11.74% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 62 crore, heading higher 14.60% YoY and crashing by 23.20% sequentially. Total expenses inched up 5.09% to Rs 649.68 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 328.34 crore, soaring by 95.27% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 97.07 crore, ticking higher by 4.07% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations advanced 11.17% to Rs 2709.06 crore, while net profit eased 1.09% to Rs 162.62 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA surged by 26148% to Rs 289.56 crore, and PBT saw a marginal contraction of 0.63% to Rs 219.3 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 250.2 crore in FY26, as against Rs 246.0 crore in FY25. Eureka Forbes Ltd plunged by 18.12% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 3.04% during the same period.

Sales rose 11.60% to Rs 683.72 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 612.65 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 1.08% to Rs 162.63 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 164.40 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
