Websol Energy System Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 01, 2026, and will reopen after 48 hours from the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026.

Websol Energy System Limited announced that shareholders approved the appointment of Sanjay Kumar as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, liable to retire by rotation, and Dinesh Agarwal as an Independent Director for a five-year term effective August 10, 2026. The company also noted the retirement of Rajeewa R Arya by rotation due to personal reasons, and the re-appointment of Sanjana Khaitan, while disclosing that Mr. Sohan Lal Agarwal is her grandfather.

Websol Energy System Limited disclosed that Sohan Lal Agarwal, along with SL Industries Pvt Ltd and Websol Green Projects Pvt Ltd, released a pledge on 9,51,72,110 equity shares, representing 21.92% of the company`s share capital, held with Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited. Prior to the release, Sohan Lal Agarwal held 3,86,32,080 shares, SL Industries Pvt Ltd held 5,66,61,030 shares, and Websol Green Projects Pvt Ltd held 3,36,03,800 shares, all of which were previously encumbered.

Websol Energy System Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that its board of directors approved a final dividend of Rs 0.25 (25%) per equity share of Re. 1 each for the financial year 2025-26, pending member approval at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 22, 2026, with a record date of September 15, 2026.

Websol Energy System will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 10 August 2026.
