Nibe Space, a subsidiary of NIBE has received letter of award amounting to Rs. 12.58 crore (inclusive of all taxes and duties) from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. (MSEDCL), a Government of Maharashtra undertaking for the execution of the project titled GIS Survey, mapping & data preparation of MSEDCL`s Distribution Network.

NIBE announced that Ganesh Nibe has acquired 15,20,000 shares of Nibe Aeronautics (NAL) held by Nibe Defence and Aerospace (NDAL), a wholly owned subisidiary of NIBE. Consequently with effect from 09 April 2026, NAL has ceased to be a subsidiary of NDAL and, accordingly, also ceases to be a step-down subsidiary of the company.

Net loss of NIBE reported to Rs 17.06 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against net profit of Rs 2.07 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024.
