Updater Services announced that the 23th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 25 August 2026.

Updater Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 July 2026, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 10%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Updater Services rose 3.95% to Rs 29.72 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 28.59 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025.
