Updater Services Limited announced that Ms. Samriti Malhotra, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), has resigned effective September 7, 2026, to pursue opportunities outside the company, and Ms. Jigyasa Sarma, Executive Director, will assume direct charge of the HR function as part of a management decision to restructure the organization; consequently, the Head of HR position will no longer be considered a member of Senior Management.
