PCBL Chemical Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Rohit Maindwal as Chief & Executive Director – Specialty Blacks, effective August 20, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and BSE Ltd. Mr. Maindwal, who holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from NIT, Warangal, brings approximately 32 years of industry experience, including a prior role as Sr. Executive Vice President with Reliance Industries Limited.

PCBL Chemical announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 July 2026, has recommended a Interim Dividend of Rs.4.50 per share (i.e.450%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
