PCBL Chemical Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and BSE Ltd that MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, has confirmed compliance under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 for the month of August 2026.

PCBL Chemical Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Rohit Maindwal as Chief & Executive Director – Specialty Blacks, effective August 20, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and BSE Ltd. Mr. Maindwal, who holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from NIT, Warangal, brings approximately 32 years of industry experience, including a prior role as Sr. Executive Vice President with Reliance Industries Limited.
