Aditya Infotech Limited will seek shareholder approval for a fundraising exercise through public issue(s), qualified institutions placement (QIP), or other permitted methods, the company said in a filing to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited on August 14, 2026, adding that a board meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, August 19, 2026, to evaluate and approve the proposal.
