Wonderla Holidays announced that the 24th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 19 August 2026.

Wonderla Holidays announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 7 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 20%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Wonderla Holidays rose 49.14% to Rs 16.42 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 11.01 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 40.37% to Rs 135.85 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 96.78 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 25.20% to Rs 81.73 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 109.27 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 13.13% to Rs 518.77 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 458.57 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
