Dhanalaxmi Roto Spinners Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the record date for the payment of dividend and Annual General Meeting is September 14, 2026, with the AGM scheduled for September 21, 2026. The dividend for the year ended March 31, 2026, will be paid within 30 days of the AGM date to shareholders on record as of September 14, 2026.
